The Actor’s School
A professional training facility within Austin Community College Continuing Education, The Actor’s School offers classes ranging from beginning acting skills to advanced acting techniques, singing, voice/speech, improvisation, Shakespeare’s verse, and audition techniques for both film and stage. The Actors School instructors are working professionals in their respective fields.

The Adderley School
The Adderley School has 5 locations: Pacific Palisades, Monetcito, Rowayton/Darien, New Orleans, and Austin. Since its inception, thousands of toddlers, kids and teenagers (including Ben Platt) have found a passion for musical theatre and a belief in their own abilities at The Adderley School. With each class ending in a production, practical teamwork skills abound at Adderley!
Carol Hickey Acting Studio
For ages eight–adult at all levels, Carole Hickey trains actors who aspire to compete at the highest level of our industry. Coaches have extensive training and experience as professionals in local and national markets. Carol Hickey guides students to become professionals who can consistently deliver with excellence. Facility is located in East Austin.
The Hideout Theatre
The Hideout Theatre, located at 617 Congress Ave., has been teaching improv for 20 years. Most start with the Level 1 class.
