Communications Committee

We increase public awareness about Austin theatre by simplifying access to info and helping all facets of ATX Theatre to transmit on-mission messaging through consolidated marketing.

Key Results:

  • BroadwayWorld listing works/good relationship.

  • Listing QC happens/content issues addressed.

  • Producers/admin are trained to list well.

  • Website works/is current.

  • Website members are approved quickly.

  • Industry Database works/is maintained.

  • Social Media (SM) posts 3x per week.

  • Eblasts (EB) go out every Wednesday.

  • Collaborate w/ all other committees (esp. wishlists & auditions)

  • Goal/year: 10,000 click-throughs to theatre company sites
